Acer Swift 5 the lightest 15-inch laptop coming to town

Back in May 2018, Acer mentioned what coming next will be the world lightest 15-inch laptop which weight under 1kg at about 0.99g (990g), the Acer Swift 5 15.6-inch, slightly heavier a bit compare to Acer Swift 5 14-inch that is about 0.97g thats 20g different but since it is 15-inch, well it is the lightest. Similar design as Acer Swift 5 14-inch, but having bigger screen, and faster processing power. If you ever seen the Acer Swift 5, it really feels like a dummy model, and look fragile for your info. Just handle with care. The lady boss will sure does like this laptop.

The new Acer Swift 5, will have a 8th Gen Intel Core i7 Processor and graphic of Intel UHD 630. Also if no changes, it expected to have 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD comes with Windows 10. Bigger IPS FHD 1080p and touchscreen.

Also to be expected that for connectivity will be a slot SD Card Reader, yes, only SD Card. A HDMI video output along with Type-C video output enabled. 2 USB 3.1.

Acer has well used of lightweight metals such like magnesium, lithium and trusty aluminum to maintain the weight under 1kg, perhaps with the light metal-type, the Acer Swift 5 should be able to absorb dropping without sustaining any permanent damage, perhaps.
